What’s your cancellation policy?

We have a 15 day cancellation policy as our venue is small and our goal is to provide our members with so much value they will RSVP before they have let the current event they are at. We are happy to offer credit to the next event if you have to cancel less than 15 days from the event and all tickets are completely transferable.

How long have you been meeting?

For nearly 5 years Anyssa has been holding small coffee meetings, marketing classes, teaching social media and has funneled all her research and development into this event. When she met Angela in Early 2016 they decided to focus their energy on this and a Co-Ed Event " Eat Work Play" in Squamish so they could focus on building strong ties between their towns of Squamish and Whistler with the city they love just as much. We have been meeting in Vancouver since the summer of 2016.  We have tried a couple different venues and moving to The Sylvia Hotel has been a key to the success of the group.  It is a much quieter venue than our original one in the Financial District, is close to the ocean, has free parking and many options from the conference room, the patio and lots of quiet nooks to meet after lunch.

Do you have to be a member to come to lunch?

You and guests can attend lunch a couple time and we then ask if you would buy a membership to save on bookkeeping and transaction fees.  It is $10 to come for a single luncheon or $60 plus tax for the year (12) .  We have PayPal, email transfer and also accept cash.
