Anita Adams is the Founder and Executive Director of First Weekend Club, a national non-profit arts organization that has been promoting Canadian films since 2003. As part of the First Weekend Club brand, in April 2015 Anita and her team launched CanadaScreens an online movie rental service exclusively for Canadian film. In February 2016, Anita entered the network marketing arena and became a Consultant with Rodan+Fields, the leading skincare brand in North America. Anita is also the recipient of the 2018 Women in Film and Television “Woman of the Year” award.
