Thank you for checking us out! We hope you heard about us from The Epic Lifestyles Podcast! We are a women’s social and business networking group that currently meets on the last Tuesday of each month at the Sylvia Hotel in Vancouver. We have been in existence for over 5 years! Our first meetings were just coffee with friends, some small business training and sharing of challenges in family life, business life and just supporting each other over the long run. We still do all that in a more structured event with members who offer their expertise each month in talks and share their info on the blog as well!
How long have we been around?
The group has turned into a luncheon that has met since August 2016 in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the Historic Sylvia Hotel on English Bay. We encourage members to come early and stay late to have “one on one” meetings and really get to know each other. If you are in business for yourself, work in an office, stay at home and need a group of women from all walks of life, any religion, we welcome you to join us and see if it is a good fit for you. We are here to help you keep your Google Calendar, ICal full when you want it to be! We have a speaker each month and you can check through our blog posts for their topics and others who can’t attend meetings but we see have great value!
What to Wear?
Some people ask what to wear as it is a women’s group and we just ask that you show up as yourself! Many of our members are in fitness and show up in bike helmets and trainers, some are coming from the office and are wearing high heels and dresses and everything in between.
Who are the speakers?
We have a speaker each month and you can check through our blog posts for their topics past and upcoming and others who can’t attend meetings but we see have great value! Eventually, we hope to expand our group across Canada to each province, so if you are interested in part of that success please contact Anyssa or Angela.
Our next goal is to build some basic programs to assist women in more financial success. No matter how much or little cash you have, there are ways to have it improve your financial life one penny or dollar at time.
